Privacy Policy

Metasphere Global Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Donkeyvan livestock transportation platform, available at https://donkeyvan.healthcodex.com and through our mobile applications. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Information We Collect

Account information: name and email address, provided directly or via Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In when you authenticate.
Location data (riders): Riders' precise location is collected when requesting a ride to identify the pickup point and match available drivers. The rider app also uses your precise GPS location to display your position on the map during an active ride. Location is not collected in the background between rides.
Location data (drivers): the driver app collects real-time GPS coordinates while the driver is marked "available" or has an active ride, for dispatch and trip-route recording. Location is not collected when the driver is offline or the app is closed.
Health data: We do not collect health information, medical diagnoses, or medical conditions. Donkeyvan is a transportation scheduling platform only.
Device identifiers and push notifications: We collect your device's push notification token to send ride-status alerts. This token is cleared when you sign out and is not used for advertising or shared with third parties.
Ride information: pickup and dropoff addresses, ride timestamps, assigned driver, and ride status for each trip you are part of.
Payment information (riders): billing is processed by Stripe. We store only a tokenized reference; we never store full card numbers.
Device and usage data: push notification tokens for ride alerts; standard server logs (IP address, browser/app version, timestamps) for security and debugging.

How We Use Your Information

To match riders with available drivers and track trip progress.
To send ride-status notifications to riders and drivers.
To process payments and generate invoices.
To allow administrators of your organization to view trip history and manage accounts.
To maintain the security of the platform and investigate abuse.

Information Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only as follows:

Your organization's administrators: admins within your organization can view trip records and driver/rider profiles associated with their organization.
Google and Apple: when you use Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In, authentication is handled by those providers under their respective privacy policies.
Stripe: payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. under Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Legal requirements: we may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.

Data Retention

Ride records are retained for a minimum of three years to support billing reconciliation and compliance requirements. Account information is retained while your account is active and for up to one year after deactivation. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

Security

All data is transmitted over TLS. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. Session tokens are stored in secure, httpOnly cookies (web) or device-encrypted storage (mobile). We do not store plain-text credentials.

Children's Privacy

This platform is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Donkeyvan platform operated by Metasphere Global Technologies LLC. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to these Terms.

Description of Service

Donkeyvan is a software platform that connects riders requiring livestock transportation with contracted drivers. The platform is made available to organizations and their authorized users.

Accounts and Access

Driver accounts are created by invitation only. Drivers must be authorized by an administrator before accessing the platform.
Rider accounts may be associated with an organization. Access is governed by that organization's policies.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Driver Obligations

Drivers must hold a valid driver's license and any permits required to transport passengers in their jurisdiction.
Drivers are responsible for the safe operation of their vehicle at all times.
Drivers must maintain accurate availability status and complete accepted rides in a timely manner.
Drivers must not use the platform while the vehicle is in motion.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any purpose other than livestock transportation.
Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that you are not authorized to access.
Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
Submit false ride requests or manipulate ride status.

Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Metasphere Global Technologies LLC is a software provider and is not a transportation carrier. We are not liable for incidents occurring during transportation, delays, cancellations, or losses arising from use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time for violation of these Terms or at the direction of the organization that authorized your account.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
